No automatic renewal
Plans are paid in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and don't charge again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends the account returns to Free with a 30-day grace period; renew within it and your data is unaffected — see Plans, event quotas and what happens when you run out.
Yearly is cheaper than monthly; the current discount is on the pricing page.
Upgrading mid-term
When you buy a higher plan it takes effect immediately for one full period (30 days monthly, a year yearly). The unused part of your lower plan isn't lost; it resumes after the new plan ends.
The other way round: if you already have a higher plan and buy a lower one, the lower one starts when the higher one ends rather than downgrading you straight away.
After an upgrade, projects still on the old plan's default retention move up to the new plan's limit. Projects where you set retention yourself keep your setting.
Analytics and chat are separate plans
If you also use live chat, it has its own plan and quotas, independent of analytics. You can upgrade analytics and keep chat on the free tier, or the other way round.
Invoices
Email your order number and invoicing details (company name, tax ID, address for the invoice) to hello@tapcub.com and we'll issue one. Order numbers are in the purchase history under Plans & usage in the console.
Refunds
If something goes wrong after paying, contact us first and tell us what happened. A plan withdrawn because of a refund gets the same 30-day grace period as an expired one, so data isn't cleared straight away.
Enterprise purchasing
Contracts, bank transfer, annual agreements or usage above the top plan go through Enterprise. Reach us from the Enterprise page.
