New users, retention and stability for your app, at a glance

Add the SDK to your iOS, Android or HarmonyOS app — or your Flutter or React Native code — and see who installs, who comes back, which version they run and where it crashes.

  • iOS · Android · HarmonyOS
  • Flutter · React Native
  • Same user as on your website

Apps and mini programs can be added on Pro and above. The Free plan covers websites.

App analytics questions

Anything else — open the chat in the corner and ask.

Which platforms are supported?
Native iOS, Android and HarmonyOS, plus Flutter, React Native and uni-app. Server-side events can be sent from any backend through the event API.
Which plan do I need for apps?
Apps and mini programs can be added on Pro and above. The Free plan covers websites; you can upgrade at any time and keep your website data.
Does the SDK collect crashes automatically?
Yes. Crashes and ANRs are captured and grouped into issues automatically. You can report your own handled exceptions as well.
Can I use it with AppsFlyer or Adjust?
Yes. Configure their Push API to send install results to PathClue and each install is joined to the user’s in-app behaviour and revenue. Branch is supported the same way.
How is the same user recognised in the app and on the website?
Each device gets an anonymous ID. When the user signs in, call login() with your own user ID — PathClue merges the devices into one profile and keeps the anonymous history from before sign-in.
Does it affect app size or performance?
The SDKs batch events and send them in the background, and do nothing on the main thread that blocks your UI. See the docs for the size of each SDK on your platform.
