Pricing questions
What counts as an event?
Every pageview, click, form submit, screen view or custom event your sites, apps and mini programs send is one event. The monthly allowance is shared across all data sources in your account.
What if a month brings more events than my plan covers?
Your site keeps working; new events just aren’t stored for the rest of that month, and the count starts again on the 1st. Upgrade at any time to raise the limit immediately.
Does my data disappear when a paid plan ends?
No. Your account returns to the Free plan and data beyond the Free limits stays read-only for 30 days, so you can renew or export it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Plans are prepaid for the period you choose — monthly or yearly — and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When the period ends you are back on Free unless you renew.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay. All plans are priced in USD.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Email hello@tapcub.com with your order number and company details and we will send one.
How long is data kept?
Free 6 months, Pro 12 months, VIP 1 24 months, VIP 2 24 months. Enterprise retention is set by contract, and you can shorten retention per site on any plan.
How is Enterprise priced?
By contract, based on deployment model, volume and the integrations you need. Contact sales and we will put together a quote.
