  • Visits grouped by visitor
  • Cross-device on sign-in
  • Search by ID, email or property
What you get

Profiles that tell a story

Aggregates tell you what happened. A profile tells you to whom.

  • Timeline

Visits, pages, events and orders in order, grouped by visit.

  • Summary card

First source, orders, LTV and tags on one card.

  • Identity across devices

Call login() with your user ID and anonymous devices merge into one profile, keeping history from before sign-in (from Pro).

  • Privacy controls

Use an internal ID; contact details are masked for read-only observers.

How it works

Profiles in three steps

  1. 1

    Send events

The snippet or SDK records visits and events per device.

  2. 2

    Identify on sign-in

Call login() with your own user ID.

  3. 3

    Open a profile

From any report, segment or search.

Which plan merges identities?
Cross-device identity is included from Pro. On Free, visitors are counted per device.

No. An internal user ID is enough; you decide which properties to add.
Can I delete a person’s data?
Yes — export or delete a profile from the console to answer data-subject requests.
